        I ordered papa johns and it accidentally went to the wrong address. And so I called the papa johns to see what I could do, the person was really rude, saying that they didn't deliver there. That is why i am calling you, becusse I know you don't deliver there . Which isn't true, brcuase I used the app and i have gotten delivery,showing them do not understand their own service and what I'm asking,, and so I asked if I could just refund it and the MANAGER said "yeah that's what I just said" extremely rudely. I understand I messed up with the wrong address,, but you can't talk to a customer like that , and so I got it refunded. Thr manager is rude and should not take calls

        The pizza crust is a little bitter crustier than I remember. I haven't been in a while, so I remember the pizza being much greasier and flimsy. I was pleased that they seem to have improved the quality in a big way! Great job Papa Johns!
