Northern Kentucky Pediatric Dentistry

This place is hands down the absolute best. So clean, such friendly, knowledgeable staff who truly care! My son was so nervous about his first appointment and now he cant wait to go back. I cannot imagine a better experience! You will not be disappointed.

This dentist office doesnt like to see kids with special needs.they will give you the run around. Our insurance approved a procedure a year ago and the dentist office keeps making excuses to why they cant see them. The bottom line they dont want kids there that have special needs.

10/10 do not recommend. Everyone except the office manager was so rude. The dentist literally asked my son after she scrapped his tooth if he wanted the gunk back on his tongue. My son is autistic and if you have a child on the spectrum I would not recommend these folks at all. The hygienist was rude, NOT ONE TIME did she wash her hands or wear gloves while getting his stuff ready and scratched her face in between touching the tools, she also made smartelic comments about my child to me! Scuff, kids these days her exact words and facial expression. My daughters hygienist wasnt much friendly but at least she didnt talk about my kid in front of her. They also need to work on whispering about patients better when they are still in the building. Ill say it one last time. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The only reason they are getting a 1 star is bc I cant leave anything less and they got us in pretty quick and we needed to be seen for school since we moved from out of state.

Im giving a 2 star instead of 1 start because they were able to get us in so quickly. But it really shouldnt even get a 1 star. My daughter has an enamel defected and for the last year her insurance was just all messed up so she had a few cavities. The nurse assistant kept scoffing and big eyeing her facial expression. The dentist comes in and tells me that She doesnt like to do hard work. She likes easy stuff. She said my daughter had to get oral surgery 3 months out at an off site location with another doctor because she needed multiple teeth removed and it was too much for her. She said to bring her back when the work was easy. Not sure what she meant by that. I felt completely judge and I originally went it for that one tooth ache.. I did not go back or schedule and appointment. I went to another pediatric dentist the following business day because she was still in so much pain, that dentist said she only needed that ONE tooth pulled ( which she pulled in office that day) along with enamel defect on her back molars and 2 fillings at top. SOOO thankful I listened to my gut and went to different dentist. My daughter would still be in pain in top of having 5 teeth gutted from her mouth.
