        Was sold a premium lot back in 2019 because of the wooded lot . Was promised they would not develop behind my home . That promise was not kept they are currently tearing down the trees behind our home. Once a company lies to you , you really cant believe anything else they tell you. This is not to also include the issues several neighbor have had with roof leaks. Had several issues with gutters only one year after the one year warranty expired. One neighbor had a broken roof support. Another had erosion issue. Not to mention the HOA that is in place to make the property Managing Company money. Does really serve much purpose to our residents.
