      image We had a terrible experience building with Drees. To start, the builder we signed with was switched after our foundation was poured to someone who was so bad he was fired shortly after we closed. I had to personally stop by the house every day to catch mistakes such as the wrong baseboards, doors, post locations, and several other issues, before they were installed. Now that we are in our house, we have had so many issues with the warranty department that they are no longer contacting me back.
      We regret choosing Drees and I would not recommend them to anyone.
