Mortenson Family Dental

Hadn't gone to a dentist in a while due to last one messing my teeth up. Mortenson made me feel like they actually cared. They examined, did xrays, and made a treatment plan and gave me a copy on my first visit. I had to get a root canal done and I must say I was so relived afterward. You hear the horror stories about pain and how bad it is but I was happy to have the pain completely gone.

After battling homelessness and severe depression which both contributed to the smile I hate today, I went to the dentist. I was nervous that I would be portrayed as disgusting or dirty. I hate the smile that I have and not once did I feel disrespected or judged by the staff. After battling some oral pain, they got me in extremely quick. They even prayed for me after hearing what led up to this point. I have a long dental journey ahead of me, but I am so thankful for the staff I encountered.

Rude and condescending when you can get in the office, but then constantly rescheduling you otherwise. On top of that be ready for a surprise $250 bill months later..... just because. Even though they said multiple times during your last visit your balance was good. The lady that cleans your teeth going to be rude to you and the people in the office are so incompetent they can't get anything right. Just go somewhere else.

Took our 13 year old grandson Michael here this afternoon for his first time The staff was so friendly and helpful. My grandson said he felt very comfortable with the office and all the staff. It's nice to know that your pre-teen likes his dentist and his employees. Thank you all so much for making his visit a nice one
