        Called Mark around 1pm about a broke spring. Repaired it same day. The service tech that did the repair knew exactly what had to be done. Highly recommend.

        Mark responded to my online inquiry so quickly. He came out and let us know that he could not fix our commercial grade (who knew? Not us!) garage door opener but he gave us an idea for a fix that could save us a fortune. We followed his advice and my husband installed the work around in under an hour. We are so thankful and they didnt even charge us for time, travel or the valuable advice!

        Mark has been out 3 times and my garage door is still not fixed right. Now the door is half open and hanging off the track and he is not answering his phone. He created more problems by not fixing and adjusting the whole door the first time. Just wants to replace a wheel and leave. My advice is call a reputable service the first time. I don't know how he got such good ratings! 10-25 $95.00 and 12-9 $155.00, 12-15 door still not working right said he would be back Monday or Tues. But by Sunday door was lop-sided of track and and cables were all wound around. He does not readjust tension on cables, track is still off and wheels are are mess. Now it will cost me twice as much. He doesn't have any written warranty for parts or labor and he does not call or text us back. FYI
