Every since covid 19, there is no one to help you. You get someone different on the phone each time you call. I do no not like being spoken to as if I am the underbelly of society by someone who gets to hide on the other end of the telephone. They would not dare speak to anyone to their face with such disdain and disrespect. I thought social workers had hearts to help people. I do understand that this Covid outbreak is a first for everyone and it has caused much confusion and staffing problems, but kindness and understanding is not something that was taught in training. I do pray their workloads are lightened so they can go back to being decent caring human beings. They must realize there are millions of people who rely on them just to put food on the table. As of March 16th, I can say the service has improved when talking to Customer Service. They seemed to have hired more people and are very knowledgeable and polite. Your changes have not gone unnoticed, and I am very appreciative of your desire to fix the problems

Waiting almost two hours just to turn a paper in its outrageous.

They mess up all the time its crazy my got cut off for no reason they had all proof and now I been waiting 2hours for a call back I cant wait to move
