LITTLE RIVER PROPANE

I've been a customer for 25 years. I called 12 days ago when I was at 25% and before the snow, below freezing temps for a fill up. A week later I was down to 5% and was told they didn't have anyone to come out. I called again 2 days later and they still said they did not know when they could send someone out. now we are sitting in our house without heat. Unhappy customer!

We were having problems during a cold, rainy, and windy time.I must say that Little River Propane, United Gas, and especially Devin are good folks. Devin went completely above and beyond expectations during this especially inclimate weather to make sure that we were safe and aware of the problems that our tank had. He was timely, responsive, professional, and made sure that we understood our choices. What could have been a bad situation was averted. Thanks to all!

melissa and talia in the office are great to deal with! and Devin (delivery driver) was very prompt and professional! Not to mention an excellent price on propane.
