Iâ€™ve been 2 days in row. Couldnâ€™t get anyone to help me find a powder/foundation combo. They literally met my eyes as I walked up to them, they turned around and walked away TWICE. Brought my husband with me today and 2 girls were on their phones as we walked in and still never said a word to us. A customer complained loudly that she couldnâ€™t get anyone to help her. I felt her pain. I did research last night and found the type of product I wanted. Found some sponges and tested it myself to see which color would be best. Walked out of the store and will purchase from another company. Ulta needs to step it up if they plan on keeping stores in play. Once someone has a product they like, thereâ€™s no reason to go back to the store.
