If you order thru delivery service they will never get your order correct! They just send everything how it comes. If you choose to not have something they do not care!

I sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive, pleasant, and very attractive. This was my first experience at this location but she obviously has regulars because she knew everyones name and order. Id drive out of my way to see her again.

My wife and I attend BWW maybe once or twice a year with friends. The food is usually consistently good. The service is uneven but usually when I have issues it is with the kitchen slow service despite the place not being crowded. The fried pickles are good and I like getting wings with a wet sauce so I haven't experienced any issues with dry wings that other reviewers have mentioned. I enjoy it when I go but its not a place I desire to go to unless I'm with a group and everything in town is closing at 9 PM.

The burgers were good but the traditional wings and boneless wings were terrible. Over cooked and very dry. The boneless wings were the worst as they tasted like they were freezer burnt. For a famous chicken chain it should be time to just stick with burgers. When the waiter asked if I needed a Togo box I told them I wouldnt feed this trash to a dog. Waiter seemed like he was used to bad comments about the food and didn't even ask if I wanted anything else. Would not recommend at all
