Used them to install our water heater and they did a great job. Tried to use them again to fix and install a faucet. Made 2 appointments over two weeks and noone ever showed up or called.

If I did not have to choose a star it would been 0. I own a business in Henderson and had them come out to pump the septic. They charged me $200 MORE on a normal business day than what a 24 hour emergency service was going to charge me to do the same job at 1am on Sunday morning. The "plumber" that came out messed with an electrical box and fried something and lost the electricity to the pump, ice cream freezer, and drink cooler. They then sent an electrician to me that made things worse, said he fixed it...yet did not. Said was coming out next day. I complained to the plumber and then the electrician came out, and once again made a bigger mess of my problems and again said would be back next day....that was over a week ago. Brann did nothing more than over charge me on one thing and then walked away knowing that the job was not near complete. Maybe they have some quality plumbers there....but they certainly did not send me a good one. Beyond disappointed with what they did to me.

Two gentleman came over, knocked the issue out fast and well, rates are beyond fair. I highly recommend.

I never thought I would say a plumber became my hero! Our drain pipe collapsed under our home. We couldn't run water without it coming back into the house. Brann showed up to do the work and stayed to make sure I could use my water. They were a true blessing!!!

Brann's Plumbing responded quickly and took time to do a thorough job on overdue routine maintenance of my septic tank. . They also made a needed improvement and cleaned up after themselves. Hope this helps those looking for service.
