Deaconess Clinic Urgent Care Henderson

Took my mother to the urgent care today. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. Got straight back and the nurse talked to my mom was very nice. Then the provider came In and let me tell you. She was so good with my mom. Took her time and she figured out what was wrong with my mother. I will always highly recommend this place. Caring and loving and very professional. Leslie I thank you so much for maybe even saving my mother life today.

This place is terrible. The nurse blatantly profiled me (incorrectly and repetitively) , and the nurse practitioner made the nurse look friendly. Inexcusable. Do not waste your time or money. And if you do, don't be afraid to get ahold of patient relations.

Waited 3 hours to see a nurse practiceonser she was terrible I don't think she is up on any Medical issues or medication. Asking me questions about medication and I told her to look it up on Chart. She needs to retire! Wasted my time Terrible

Deaconess Urgent Care has always been my place of choice if I cant get into Dr. Always kind and thorough. Its so awesome that they have an X-ray tech there! When youre sick last thing you want to do is go somewhere else for X-rays. Thank you for all yall do-!

This location is the worst!!! Why make an appt if you are told you will be seen 2 hours.. Ive been too all in Evansville I will drive the dang bridge to be seen! EVERY visit its this way!
