Service is a ghost crew and sucks

Walked in shortly after 7 pm on a Monday. Stood near door for a moment but didn't see anyone to seat us, so we went and sat down in a booth in the middle row. Four minutes went by and we didn't see any server. There was a bar tender working and some tables filled with customers in that section. There was one other couple in our middle section. Finally saw a waitress come out of kitchen area and she started wiping down a table in the south row/section. We were about to call it and leave but the customer at the other table in our section went over and informed her she had another table. Seems an easy fix to the problem we had (and by the looks of it, several other reviewers also)... why not install a door chime? Put the sensor on your door and the chime panel near your kitchen entrance perhaps. Why do I take so much time to write out this part of the review... because there were other customers who came in and stood near door waiting to be seated also. Waitress (Mallorie) apologized for not seeing us when we came in. There was no mentioning of the day's specials, no asking if we were interested in an appetizer, or any thanks for choosing to eat there when we finished. Service was just ok. Food was average. We felt dissapointed about the overall experience. Unfortunately we will not be visiting again.

bugs, bad and slow service and rude waitress mess up orders and serve soy sauce for teriyaki and the bbq wings were spicier than mild buffalo terrible location
