LaRosa's Pizza Hebron

Pizza, sub and soup we ordered were all excellent! All staff members were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Although my experience was not at the restaurant. I was stranded at the cincinnati/northern Kentucky Airport with the family. Made a call to LA Rosa's and they came through big time!! They delivered everything I order to the airport and family happily enjoyed the delicious food. So grateful

Disgraceful! LaRosa's is Cincinnati's #1 Pizzeria and Italian restaurant. A experience like this is extremely uncommon. Normally I would only have the best things to say about LaRosa's, they have been one of my favorites my entire life. They had the order wrong. Instead of the salad we ordered we got 2 packets of salad dressing. So we had to wait for the salad to be made and got no discount. The pizza was my main problem. It was over cooked, had very little sauce, and just flat out disgusting. Hebron LaRosa's, shame on you! UPDATE!!! The owner of the store gave me a phone number to corporate so they could make it right. Corporate refused to give me anything other than a apology. They had excuse after excuse on why they couldn't make up for their huge failure at making good pizzas. It is pathetic really. I'll just order Papa John's from now on. F you Larosas corporate.
