    It was one of the worst visits we have had. Came thru drive thru ordered almost $23.00 worth of food asked for fresh fries and they tasted like they had sat there for 2 hours.... The burger was no pickle extra onion and they barely put any onion on it. I couldn't believe when I came to the window and asked the girl If the fries were fresh she said oh yeah for sure! That was the biggest waste of time and money spent!

    8:00 PM on a Saturday and the place looked closed. No signed lit. No parking lot lights on. Just a long line at the drive-through. Couldn't figure it out until I read a small sign on my way out. This store is all solar powered. The signs and lot lights haven't been changed to low wattage LED units yet. Food? Same old McDonald's. Great fries!

    Very poor experience. Hadn't been there for months after continued poor experiences, went yesterday and found myself in yet another poor experience. My order consisted of 2 McChickens, a 10 pc nugget, 2 ice cream cones, and a large sweet tea. The only thing worth having was the ice cream cones. The tea tasted like it had been out all day, and it had very little ice. The McChickens were hard and discolored, especially the fact that we paid for cheese to be on them and there was none, really infuriated me. The nuggets were extremely dry and crisp. Thankfully, they did provide honey mustard. After I noticed the poor quality of the food, I tried to call the restaurant multiple times, they had the phone off the hook or something other because you could hear background noise and static. Soon after, I called corporate which they said they would file a claim with the restaurant owner/operator. I would also like to add that customer service was extremely distasteful. Neither window staff said anything to me. In fact, the second window attendant practically threw the food in my car, she seemed annoyed that she had to give me my food. I am curious to see what action is taken from this terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, unless you enjoy similar to dog kibble.

    We drove for hrs to get there. The roads to travel there were 2 way roads and dangerous. We were lost and drove 8 hrs to get there. We are in our 70s. We asked for a room and there were none available and nothing offered. After losing over 8000.00 we asked if they would comp us a room. We were denied. This is not Harrah's.we have been a customer with Harrah's for 27 yrs. We know Harrah's operations, and we have never been treated as badly as we were here. We explained our situation and we're exhausted.
