        I dealt with this business recently and painfully discovered they are basically unscrupulous and misleading in their advertising and business practices. Salesman not nearly knowledgeable as his ego thinks he is. They fumbled the whole deal from the beginning along with their "preferred " PREDATORY lender(VANDERBUILT MORTGAGE). Lies and mistakes...months of waiting AFTER my "quote pre-approval" and my $1000 deposit, which was used in part for " fees' associated with the loan. Bogus! Again, I would not shop here unless you have your own lender on hand, and you nail down all the details upfront of all costs involved. And most importantly, DONT GIVE THEM THE $1000 deposit until this is figured out. It is sad that businesses like this one are selling the true American dream of home ownership in such an unprofessional and preditory way.
