    Of course, when you don't have the full cash load needed to go to the store and buy yourself a new phone, tablet, TV, washer/dryer, computer, bedroom suit, game console, camera, etc... Rent to own, is the next but not so best thing that you end up going for!!! Yes, I get things from R2O when I can't just pay all at once for something.. I've dealt with them a few times.. They do have great collections of things to pick from.. BUT.... In the end, it sucks that you just spent a year paying double, triple even, the amount on an item that you would've paid flat out at a store.. I can deal with that you know.. What gets me the most about this place though is how friendly and nice they act when you're there about to spend your money and throughout the payment process... That is until you are a day or 2 behind on the payment so they blow your phone up and everyone's phone around you, and show up at your house, and harass you at work even if you told them the payment would be a few days late.. They say that's fine but then when it's the day of it being late that's a different story... I admit I was late on payments a lot but the payments was always made plus the late fees they were always collecting.. I had 2 weeks left til my phone was paid off... I call to make a payment and 2 days later I got a message saying the contract was broken there was nothing they could do to work with us on keeping them, and that they had to collect the phones bc I owed like 30 dollars from the last payment that wasn't fully paid.. When it was.. but of course 2 weeks to go till it's paid off I'm not gonna just quit throwing them cash now... After getting them paid off they turn right around not minutes later and call asking us to get something else that they'd hate to lose us??? They do have some really good workers that do try to help you and work with you on when payments will be made and missing one but getting caught up.. But that some is literally like 1 or 2 out of the whole crew.. But what can you do when you are in a pinch and need something? I guess this would be the place to go.. Even when you hate the thought of it..

    This is one of the best rent to owns ive ever used! the staff is always helpful, and willing to work with you, they always have a quick reply, and awnser the phone, i highly recommend anyone in the area to use Grayson rent to own!

    I had to come back and edit my review because I am very disappointed in this place. They do try hard to work with you. I'll give them 2 stars for that but when you have something break, forget it. They will still expect you to pay and say they ordered parts for you and you'll wait for months to get them. I had a couch and loveseat that had a piece on one of the reclining parts that needed replaced and I waited for 6-7 months for them to fix it and they never did. Meanwhile, I still made my payments. Finally I went to Big Sandy and got a set instead and told them to come and get theirs. It's pointless to pay on something broken that they won't fix. Also, as most know, you overpay for the stuff here. I almost paid $4,000 for the set and I got a way better quality set at Big Sandy for half the price. Don't waste your time or money here.

    I have been there several times, and had good experiences. Mikey/Michael is who we always dealt with. He has always been amazing and understanding when situations happen, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. But we just had a situation happen and had to deal with Jonda. Considering the situation we would have been fine paying the amount for our insurance on the item, but she automatically accused us of breaking it ourself, when the workers at the store loaded it for us. Again I know it is our responsibility once it leaves the store by us. But her attitude when we was trying to explain that the packaging was still intact but yet the item was broke showed that it was not us or the workers that loaded it did not break it. I had pictures to prove that. I sent those to her as well. She still accused us of breaking the item. She also stated that we will be took to court if not paid even though it was clear that it was broken before put into the box. I also want to state that the items insurance has been paid in full. I just wanted to let you know if you do get something from there. Inspect it before you leave the store, and make sure that you see the item firsthand. Even if it is in the box. Also have there drivers deliver it. That way this does not happen to you. If there is other managers there deal with them first instead of dealing with her. Because her response was unacceptable.
