Ive received good care. My issue is they have computer screens with patient information facing public view.

Don't do it if you don't have insurance! I moved to Kentucky over 2 years ago but will continue to go back to Indiana instead of TJ Regional. I don't have insurance but needed a refill of my scripts and didn't have a trip to Indiana planned. I went to the Edmonton clinic and saw Natalie Bruce. The office gave me an estimate of $307 with a self-pay discount that brought the price to $159. In Indiana, I see an NP for less than $100 and specialists for around $135, but I really needed my meds and couldn't justify the 4.4 hour trip. The nurse saw me for 5 minutes to get my history and details. Natalie was nice, polite, and spent about 5 minutes with me as well. She listened to my lungs (out of my asthma meds) and wrote my scripts. $159 for 10 minutes was more than enough, but I was desperate. Then, I got a bill for almost $100 because apparently the $307 estimate was actually $399. So $240 for a 10 minute visit. My son and husband have insurance and see Natalie. She's great. The office staff are great. But TJ Regional and Kentucky healthcare are not. Make the drive to Indiana instead.

Would leave no stars if possible lol what a bunch of hillbillies. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant with our 5th child and has a history of hellp syndrome and preeclampsia. Serious enough to the point her OBGYN has an AGGRESSIVE plan in place if things go wrong. So with high blood pressure and seeing black spots in her vision her specialist in bowling green told my wife to have them take her blood pressure again before she leaves so if its still high we can go and have her checked out by people more qualified because obviously they are not. So the nurse decides to walk out of the room talking loud enough for my wife to hear and says to ANOTHER PROVIDER NOT EVEN TENDING TO MY WIFE! Oh shes in there freaking out over her blood pressure like chill out were not even worried about that. SERIOUSLY!!! How disgusting of a human being can you be to not care about a condition that can kill both mother AND child?!? They call themselves healthcare providers. I wouldnt trust them with a house plant, let alone human life. Advice? Go somewhere with more QUALIFIED individuals, these people are sick in the head. Literally getting paid to play doctor, those signs plastered everywhere about what happens if you assault a health care worker have made this generation of people plain stupid thinking they are above everyone.

I just moved to the area from out of state and dont have insurance yet. I went to the urgent care due to what felt like strep throat after suffering with it for a week at this point. They ran a test for strep, flu and Covid. All were negative, then they ran a throat culture to check for other things, they said it could take up to two days to get the results. They said if they dont contact me the test was negative. I paid $125 upfront, figuring thats all there was. Ive been to multiple urgent cares over the years when I lived out of state (also WITHOUT insurance) and thats the usual charge, around $150 for everything, visit and tests. Well I just got a bill in the mail for $650, itll be $500 if I pay within 30 days. Oh how nice of them. The real catch is if I didnt pay that $125 the night of, then my bill would be $1,200. I never got any answer as to what was wrong, I was never told that the throat culture was a $777 dollar test, they just came in and did it, which is absolutely disgusting. How are you going to sneak an almost $800 test on an uninsured patient and NOT tell them?! The most I got from them was a prescription for a numbing mouth wash that I wasnt able to fill because it was a compound and most local pharmacies dont fill it. Had I know the thievery that would have taken place here I would have did what I did for the next week before I got better and just taken more Tylenol and DayQuil. Maybe if Im absolutely dying Ill consider going back to these absolute thieves. Theyve completely lost me as a patient, well really with a bill like that I feel more like an abused customer. Truly shameful and disgusting practices, beware to anyone who doesnt have insurance. Stay far away from here!
