Had to give one star, didn't show up when scheduled and then said he had other jobs that came first. Mr Foster told me he was "cleaning up my mess" worked about a half a day and then left and didn't answer my text., Very dissatisfied. If you are too busy to take on new work, just let someone know where they can get someone else. Mr Foster acted like he was doing me a favor for the work! Would not recommend, very unprofessional!!
