        My family and I were in Kentucky from out of town, when we had unexpected car issues (on a Sunday) we called Chuck, needing work on the vehicle. He came right away, gave us fair pricing and got us up and running. We made it back home safely, thanks to Chuck!

        I'm giving them one star because I can't give them no stars. They did a roadside repair that cost me $2400, that I found out later, was normally a less than $1000 repair. That repair did not fix my problem. I then had to have the mechanics that fixed my problem redo, at a cost of $700, what they screwed up. When I contacted them and gave them a chance to fix their mistake, they said they would but did not come to do it. They would not pay for the fix either. Their incompetent coast us 5 days vacation and $3100. Avoid them at all cost.
