I booked a load Saturday for a Monday pick and drop. They send driver info Monday which I made my mistake. I just set out to pick up. Once loaded I type in drop location and it's 140 miles not 118 as ad says. I bring it up to broker because that comes out to 50 extra miles on my end. He told me some lie about DOT generated the lane and that he put in what was giving to him. I screen shot my map and told him there is NO route i can take that puts me there in those miles! I told him to type in the addresses he gave me and see what it says. Let's just say I've NEVER heard back from him again. Chris Bailey was his name if anyone is interested! Mistakes happen but this wasn't a mistake. He could never tell or show me the addresses he used to come up with the original 118 miles he post. Thanks for your response but your agent just lied. That's the issue. I asked him to show me even 1 GPS that did it in those miles. It's cool I learned two things that day. One check the route cause brokers can't be trusted and will lie. Second to NEVER run for your company again.

Our business handles large deliveries everyday...we know what logistics done well looks like. We needed to get a pallet of material shipped out QUICKLY. We made one phone call to LandCal, and two hours later our shipment was on the road. That is how we do business and that's how we want it done. LandCal is the best.
