I called in with a Husqvarna chainsaw that had barely enough power to move the chain at full throttle and explained the problem to the person who answered the phone. I asked, "Is there anything I should check myself before bringing it in?" He suggested that I clean the spark arrestor. I asked where that is and he said "in the exhaust". So I looked and saw what looked like a black cover on the exhaust. I pulled it out and cleaned it and not only was power back to "like new", but it solved the idling problem I had, as well. Now that is what I call service!
