Rep. Phillip Pratt (R)-Georgetown, the owner of this business, wants to make sure he doesnt have to pay his employees for breaks or lunches as well as their time travelling from customer to customer. If you need lawn care done, pass on this one and find a different company that recognizes the value of its workers and puts people over the bottom line.

The owner of this business clearly does not value his employees who by accounts of his customers do a stellar job. he championed HB 500 to strip them of their rights. His suggestion of voicing concerns in the proper channels is also a cop out, as he does not plan on running for re-election, and I would hope anyone reading this would consider a different business instead of helping this incredibly self-serving man enjoy his retirement on the backs of the people who made him well-off in the first place.

The owner of this establishment, Rep Phillip Pratt, is trying to get House Bill 500 which Takes Away Kentucky Workers Lunch and Rest Breaks and Cuts Their Pay- to pass. Treating your employees like slaves and not allowing breaks is unethical and I personally would never contribute to a business that wants to practice such behavior. There are plenty of other landscaping business in the city. Please do your research before working with small business like this one. And go vote!

The owner of this business introduced a bill in the Kentucky legislature to strip workers of their lunch breaks, as well as other protections. There are lots of lawn and landscaping companies out there. If you think hard work deserves fair treatment, boycott this one.
