      image The people are wonderful, but ALLSTATE the company is a joke, when I switched to them (4 years ago) my car insurance was around $48.00, the same car and coverage 4 years later (with no tickets or accidents) has increased to $78.00, a car that has decreased in value, had an increase in insurance price non sense. I switched to another insurance company and got back to the 50.00 range. (With better coverage) So if you have noticed your rates have gone up, call other companies and compare prices.

      image Not happy with this agency nor All State for not letting me switch to a different agency within the company. They have lost our business as I am currently searching a new carrier. I suggest you move along and skip these folks.

      Not sure why this customer is upset. One year with our agency. Only communication was our office calling to review coverage to make sure all was good. Client is alway in control on choosing an agency. I reviewed the address and couldnt find any agents in the area. This could be reason for Allstate not being able to switch client to a closer agent.
