Could not be more disgusted! I used to work here and when you call the location to speak to the general manager about hiring she hands the phone off to someone else and pretends its not her. I've heard alot about the GM and by now you would have thought by now they would hire someone better for the position, I mean if you can't find a Good GM call me and I'll do it myself! But the General Manager sits in the office all day and tells people that it's their responsibility to get It done. They have cussed me up one side and down the other, Management at that, I've been a manager and they don't talk to their employees like trash.

The only time I really go here is for their breakfast. Edit: McDonald, you will really need to bring back the Breakfast Begals!!! And now you've discontinued the Pasteries!!!! What the heck is going on?!?! I always got the Blueberrie Muffin!!! Now you also need to bring back the breakfast Pasteries!!!! Edit 2: Just got back from McDs, ordered a Bacon, Egg, and cheese Begal meal with large Coke Zero w extra ice and 2 Krispy Kreme donuts. I used a code, and it said it was used, which was 20% off $5.00 or more, but on the screen it didn't show up, and whoever took my order, cut off the speaker. I pulled up to the 1st window, and he told me what I owed, I told him I used a 20% off code, and it didn't show up. The man asked me what my code was, told him I don't remember, then asked me to get on the app and get to # again, told him it wouldn't work, because it said it was used. He ended up just giving me a discount, said it was a bit more than 20%, I told him thank you. Pull up to get my food, was handed a bag and soda, I looked in the bag, and it wasn't my order. She didn't even see my order on the screen. Told her 2x's what I ordered, told me rudely to pull up and go around the corner, because they had to make it. Took a swig of my soda, and it was regular Coke, not Coke Zero. I just didn't say anything. A guy brought me my food, I checked again, and there were no donuts. Told him as he was leaving, I didn't get my donuts. He didn't speak English very well, but he understood and went to get them, then he brought it back to me. I checked the bag, and low and behold, he got that right!!! Also, I asked for extra ice, and the soda didn't have much ice. I asked the woman for a cup of extra ice because that's how I ordered it. She rolled her eyes and gave me a small cup of ice. I have no idea what in the Hell that place is doing, but it needs to be fixed! The employees need to be taught how to smile at the customers and be nice. They so need to be taught Customer Service and not be rude like they always are! At least my food was good! Lol I also took away stars. Parking: Parking isn't easy
