I tried to purchase a propane tank refill. The lady at the counter said that someone would come out to fill the tank. No one ever came out to pump the propane so I gave up and left. I went to Tractor Supply where my tank was filled immediately.

Decided to fill up my mustang GT here because it was cheap, and that was a mistake. My engine was much louder and started clicking and clacking. When I got low on gas I went to shell like I normally do and now my car is back to normal. Do not get gas here, its GARBAGE quality. Never had a problem at ANY other gas station before.

This crazy cold weather came through and our power went out. We have a 6month old so we need to keep some heat in the house, so we had to leave our gas fireplace on overnight. The next morning, Christmas Eve, we find the propane ran out in the night and still no power. I was certain we wouldn't be able to get it fixed today but sent a message to Southern States Georgetown, hoping we'd get on the list to have it taken care of as soon as possible. As our power came back on, we figured worst case scenario we'd have to find somewhere to spend the rest of the weekend if it went out again or it got too cold. Around 2pm we here a noise outside. They'd seen my message and had sent someone out to get us heat on Christmas Eve! Apparently they were so busy trying to get to everyone who'd had problems in the storm they weren't able to call ahead, and were just going out making certain everyone had heat. I can't express how grateful we are for you all, and for being willing to work so hard even in this holiday weekend to help keep families warm. Thank you so much.
