Note: Dr. Hollon is a classy and warm-hearted dentist. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Holland.
Unfortunately, we live in a sad time where it seems that every public establishment has the wrong people working for them! Businesses are desperate to fill spots, therefore resulting in hiring people who have no business being in the positions they're in.
My phone conversation with an office staff member this morning over an appointment I had to cancel was met with rude and an aggressive tone. This lady has no business on the phones or dealing with patients. She is the perfect ingredient to run away business.
To add insult to injury, the office manager told me she was nearby and heard nothing wrong with our conversation. This was after I got hung up on because I'd had enough with this woman's tone and attitude and let her know I was. And when I called back, they let my call go to voicemail. So I called from another number. They then answered.
To the owner of this dentistry, you have two bad eggs working for you. The office manager is as guilty for approving this lady's behavior. The manager didn't hear this lady continue to talk over me repeatedly. When I talked to the office manager, she also was talking over me, and wouldn't allow me to finish speaking. She had already come to a preconceived conclusion that I was the issue. I told her that they permanently lost my business, which had no affect on her whatsoever.
*Employees like this is the reason phone calls should be recorded because they can't be trusted to behave and just be nice ALL THE TIME!! IT'S YOUR JOB TO BE FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL!
*I told these ladies I don't allow my children to talk to anyone the way they talked to me. I really hope if they have children, they're raising them better than their behaviors!

Great staff and dentist. Highly recommend them. The only negative is there is limited availability for cleanings. Otherwise everything is fabulous.

I have been going to Blossom Park Dental for years. Every staff member, including Dr. Holland is phenomenal to work with and always very kind. I love the professionalism of the staff so much that I switched my kids to this office as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family friendly dentist office.
