This apartment complex does not keep their places looking presentable. The yardwork always looks bad. They did nothing with the leaves at the end of fall last year and they were just matted down in the winter season. The yards now look awful and are in desperate need of being mowed. Why do the owners of these places let the appearance go down hill like they do.
I'm sure they are getting rent money but not keeping the upkeep done.
