The Meadows Hotel

The room was clean with high ceiling. The bed was very comfortable the pillows were exceptional. The front desk staff that I interacted with was friendly. When I stayed there the restaurant/bar was not open for service. I don't know what hours or days it is open. We got a $5 voucher for breakfast at Twin Cups Coffee which is a short walk down the street from the hotel. Twin Cups just opened up a few days before our stay and they have a learning curve to figure out. The bathroom in the room has a deep sink basin. Could use a towel bar or ring for the hand towel. The individual climate control was a bit finicky to set. The HVAC was in the ceiling which I had never seen that style before. Parking in back was ample. Fun fact that the hotel is literally on the TN/KY boarder. There is a pretty park across the street with a gazebo and nearby shops and restaurants.

We came in for the eclipse, this place is AMAZING, would definitely stay again! Love it!! Clean and beautiful!!

LOUD!!! Stayed in room 2 which is close to the restaurant. Hallway is LOUD!!! People talking too loud. Every time the back door opens my room shakes.

Great stay! Steaks are tender, rooms are awesome, and everyone is so friendly and it feels like youve seen them somewhere before. Jeff the owner is THE MAN!!!!

Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good. The waitress was very good. Cannot say the same for the two people (one female and one male) probably managers who kept coming into the dining room complaining about having to move two tables together for a reservation. Our party was seated at a table that was reserved. It was the only one already put together for our size party and apparently the reserved party wasnt expected for awhile. If they didnt want us to sit there they should have put two more tables together instead of acting like it was the end of the world to have to put the tables together for the other party instead. FYIthe other party still wasnt there by the time we left. Just very uncomfortable and very, very unprofessional. Even though the food was good we will never return because of the experience. Food & drinks: Food and drinks were the best part.
