    I cant say enough good things about this apartment and community! Ive lived here for over two years. Amy and the maintenance staff are incredible. Need something fixed? It happens almost instantly. This community is so friendly, clean, safe and most of all great for the price. The amenities are great as well. They recently put a dog park in for the residents as this is a very dog heavy community. My unit was redone before moving in and I have soft close cabinets, all new appliances and new flooring. I have truly loved living here and will miss it!

    Looking to lease an apartment in the office staff is more than disrespectful Amy the manager is very condescending rude very hateful does not treat people with respect at all the reviews you currently see are very fabricated theres nothing truthful about the reviews thats been given. Most of them are paid to leave them, theres not a good thing I can say about the manager in the office she does not need to be there nor does she need a job with customer service its not her forte and something needs to be done about it immediately.

    Wish I could give 0 but they did follow the law so they can get a 1 for bare minimum effort. At first it was great, model apartment was beautiful and everyone was so nice. A week or so before they emailed and said we would have to switch apartment numbers because the apartment needed extensive repair. Which was totally fine Im glad they told us that and didnt let us move into something that was unlivable. Haha but wait The day we went to get our keys and move in (everything was already paid) we walk into an absolute disaster that was unlivable. There was water covering most of the floor, trash all around the kitchen, the model we received wasnt what we previously discussed, old food in the oven the fridge was moved to the middle of the kitchen. The Bathroom was appalling. There was mold all under the cabinets, in the tub caulk, and saw dust everywhere. It was FOUL. The walk in pantry was not a walk in at all. And when we asked the manager what was going on she said it would be fixed in a couple of days and said what do you expect me to do about it. We moved out of our other apartment that day and had nowhere to go. We had uhauls packed with all of our belongings and the manager was rude and unhelpful. We looked for a different apartment that day because if thats how they started the relationship with us, thats how it would end. We found one that had availability, cheaper, and better quality with managers that cared. When we called the back out of the lease which we technically had 7 days to do and this was only a couple hours in, she said are you kidding me we were nothing but respectful to her and stayed professional even though we werent the ones clocked in. My new leasing office manager heard how she spoke to us over the phone with her jaw on the floor because it was so rude. She said she would send our money back (which she legally had to do within 30 days) and when she ended the call she said dont expect me to send it until that 30th day. Comical honestly.
