Adam is the guy you want to sell or buy with! Very knowledgeable with the real estate market and the process. Adam made what could have been a headache as easy as 1-2-3. Also very knowledgeable about homes in general, such as construction and what could be an issue down the road. All paperwork was sent to be signed by email (except closing of course) and was a seemless process. Adam also knows the area very well which helps with knowing the schools and businesses!
