Has this commission ever turned LG&E or Louisville Water company for a rate increase and if so when?

I cannot say enough nice things about the public service commission. I contacted them over a problem I was having with Kentucky utilities. The woman that answered the phone was over the top nice, friendly and understanding. She listened to me and took notes of everything that I had a concerned with. She explained what was inside and outside the regulatory commission but also explained to me some public service regulations that are outside of their privy but still things that need to be done. She referred the concern to KU and within 2 days the problem was resolved. After fighting for nearly a week. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the woman who took the call was and how clearly well trained and educated she was on regulations when it came to electric. I can't say thank you enough. I recommend if anyone is having any sort of issue with any of their electric or gas to contact the public service commission. Even if you think it is not in their realm, they will try to figure out a way to help you solve the problem. I have attached a photo where Kentucky utility came out and fixed my power line and brought it up to regulation standards. Follow us for more great reviews
