However in the past year and a half there has been a steady decline in reliability. They very rarely get you to your doctor appointments on time. Its become the norm to arrive at appointments 30-45 minutes late. Even the doctors are fed up. Sometimes they dont even show up at all. Ive had to cancel multiple really important doctors visits because they were go to be hours late to get me. Ive spoken to management many times. Jackie has assured me on multiple occasions she would look into it and make sure they would get me to my scheduled appointments moving forward. Unfortunately those are just words. Nothing really happens.
