As I sit here in our new home enjoying my morning cup of joe, I am grateful for the beautiful view into our backyard. To say that house hunting was stressful is a given but as far as the selling process, that was easy peasy. Alyssa helped us sell our home within 2 days! Then the hunt was on! For us it was a whirlwind, as the clock was ticking for so many reasons. Due to our jobs we dealt with time constraints and limitations. We had some specifics that were needed yet we were also open minded. This sometimes felt personally exhausting, however; Alyssa and Jennifer both stayed level headed in our time of chaos and kept our spirits up. They were always responsive and honest with every question we posed and through every viewing we attended. From Louisville to Lexington we managed to cover a lot of miles checking out potential homes. They were always there burning the rubber with us. We appreciate their dedication to us and to the process. It paid off in the end as we are now settling into our forever home that not only we get to enjoy but so do our fur babies. (Lets face it, it was all for them.) We cant wait to share our home with friends and family. The many karaoke parties that are about to happen are going to be epic! (Of course Alyssa and Jennifer, you already know you have an invite. ) Thank you both so much and thanks to Marshall Lane for the service you provided in both selling our house and buying our new home.
