If you need a doctor this place isnt it! They dont treat you or even do labs to see what is wrong! If you want to get seriously ill or even die this is the place. Antidepressant salesmen

Terrible service try to get an appointment for cold flu symptoms couldn't get in till 2 weeks later hell a person would be heeled by then wouldn't recommend these clowns to anyone

Being former military, my husband and I have both had many changes in PCPs during many moves across the country. I will have to say that this place has been the WORST experience we have ever had. Don't even try to call them because they don't answer the phone. And when you go there, they have "excuses" for everything when it is actually INCOMPETENCE. My husband and I have both left this clinic and now get our medical services in Georgetown. BEST decision ever! I'm giving a one star ONLY because I can't go lower!

I was trying to get vaccinated for travel and called to see if they could and was told I'd need 4 and a physical, made my appointment and the receptionist told me to come in on wendsday which I did and then when I came in she said it was for Friday. Today I got a voice-mail saying I'd need to go to UK travel clinic (might be wrong but Google dosent show they have one, Louisville does though) when my appointment was for tommorow. Been coming for years but I think that's going to be my final experience here.
