This post is in regards to work that this business did for my disabled grandmother. He did a complete bathroom renovation which included a handicap accessible shower and tile work. The man he brought in to do the job did not use tile spacers when using subway tile which caused all the grout lines to not match up and to be different sizes. The built in shower seat held water and had decorative tile work in the middle of the seat which was not flush and was very sharp- no one would be able to sit on the shower without cutting their bottom. The man he had doing the install spent most of his time on his cell phone yelling and pacing the yard and leaving early but still charging my grandmother for 8 hours of work. A tile saw was used on the newly painted backporch without protection, Mr Lee did "fix" it but used a paint instead of a stain so the area doesn't match the rest of the porch. He painted one side of the cabinets but left the inside of the doors the old color. There was grout left on the ceiling that he said couldn't be fixed. There is also some sort of plate leading in the shower which is a tripping hazard. When my grandmother addressed the issues with Mr Lee he said he would fix the bathroom only to come back thw next day and say he wouldn't. He is bonded and insured but told his insurance company that my grandmother was simply unhappy with the job. We have had another contractor come out and look at the bathroom along with a Home Depot rep that couldn't believe the poor quality of the bathroom renovation. He knows that my grandmother is handicap and on a walker and he left her with an unsafe bathroom!
