Quick service and very trustworthy! We reached out to Simmons Contracting to regrade our backyard due to significant water holding and flooding. Derrick was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was amazing to work with. Derrick took the time to answer all of the questions that we had and made sure to address all of our concerns, as this was the first time we have needed work like this done. I would trust Simmons Contracting with any future repairs!

Derrick was honest and fair. From first day he showed up when he said he would. Provided a written quote and stuck to that price. Derrick worked hard and even stayed late the last night to complete the work before the rain came in that night. I feel like he was a little rushed towards the end of the project but other than that was great. Hoping all his work fixes our issues we needed fixed. Will know when we get rain and the grass starts to germinate. Thanks Derrick.

Derrick is very professional and knowledgeable. He did a 950 ft gravel driveway with 2 parking lots for our home and disc golf course.
We are very happy with the job and also extremely glad that we finally did it after 20 years. Derrick is the kind of person that Im looking forward working with on future projects so therefore, thank you very much again and all the best. Well done!

Before Winter really hit, we undertook a huge project at the farm. Big thanks to Derek & Simmons Contracting for all the quality work that made it possible. They helped me plan everything to get to the result we were looking for... Complete with a new large split paddock for our current sheep, room to expand the Smith Family Farms operations, completed perimeter fencing, a matching fenced dog yard, and water fountains ran in ground for the pups, at the garden, at the big barn / small pen, and at the main paddock. They also demod some old builds & fencing to create open space and cut 2 pads for our new 0 Car Garage storage shed, and high falootin chicken coop, both from Country Cabins in Georgetown. They also brought in TABS Electric to setup the power system in the shed, and stub future power out to the dog run (a puppy palace kennel one day). Thanks to all for the great craftsmanship and customer service. I would recommend Simmons Contracting without any hesitation, and same goes for TABS Electric and Country Cabins. Grateful for another major phase in the project that never ends!
