        This is the First time I purchase something online from this company. It probably will be my last, I was not getting updates after I received my tracking number via email from them. After three days my package indicated it was at the same post office I called them which took me half hour for anyone to answer, when a man with a deep voice answered I asked him if there was an issue with my package delivery and the only excuse he kept telling me was that "He had no control of the post office deliveries" even after I told him my package was idle at the same place for three days. He showed no concern whatsover, I was so frustrated I just hung up on him. You would think they would go out of their way to try and track down or inquire about my package, NO he Did not care at all. INCREDIBLE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - IT SHOWS THAT ONCE THEY MAKE A SALE AND THEY SHIP YOUR ITEMS THEY STOP CARING ABOUT YOU.
