        Worst bank Ive ever had to deal with! Ik they discriminate to low income customers Been here three yrs and as soon as I possibly can I WILL be leaving this bank! My daughter had more than 500$ unexplained fee on her checking she had more than 20k in her account and she was immediately reimbursed as for me I had 70$ disappear in my checking of course Im on a fixed income and they refused to reimburse me! Im done with this bank and ik now I should have left 2yrs ago but I will definitely be leaving them hoping as soon as next week! Definitely NOT trust worthy!

        I was super happy with this bank until I woke up to being negative this morning when I had OVER THIRTY DOLLARS YESTERDAY WITH NOTHING PENDING! They do this (hold funds) to shaft you into paying a fee. This is horrid to do to people especially right now!

        Ive been with PNC for years - someone in another state tried to charge on my card number, and they denied the charges and called me. Lost my debit card? Theyll make me one on the spot. Let be the people in Frankfort but honestly every PNC bank I go into the people are nice. I wish there was a drive by ATM at Kroger, but I can live without out. Love this bank.
