Correction. This negative review is NOT for this location. It is a bit confusing as there are 3 TD's all with nearly the same address. This review is applicable for the 5991 Fuller Street location. I have since updated it to 5 stars since the manager called me personally and was very concerned which I greatly appreciate. I wish I would have come to this location instead. Review for the 5991 Fuller Street location: "Long wait times and they scratched my wheels. Was told my car was ready, went to pay and the attendant realized my car had not even been aligned which is what I came here for. An hour later when it was actually ready, I paid and drove off. Car seems to drive straighter but my steering wheel is more off center than before. I turned right around, came back and am currently sitting in TD. Only good thing I can say is so far no one has damaged my car. My alignment was re-done and seems to be okay. It was raining yesterday (3-1-2016) so I was not able to thoroughly inspect my car for any damage until today (3-2-2016). Upon closer inspection, all four of my wheels have surface scratches in them. I should be able to buff the scratches out but this is just ridiculous. I have taken pictures for documentation."

been going to these guys for tires as well as various suspension work on the whole fleet for the past few years, competitive prices, accessible hours, any they have resolved any issues that come up professionally and expediently.
