        I actually looked for a water heater through Home Depot and used their installation protocol, and they connected me with Maximum. Getting this scheduled and finished was very efficient and everyone was pleasant to work with. Matthew (the technician who came to the house) was professional, explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and got the job done in a single day without multiple trips, consultations, upselling, or any of that. As someone with an old house that always needs a lot of work, this job went much more smoothly than others have in the past.
