Maria was great! She is so sweet and down to earth which put us at ease as first time home buyers! She was quick to set up showings once we expressed interest and worked with my husbands busy schedule! She was very attentive to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home for us! She was a great resource for recommendations for inspectors, surveyors, etc. since we are not from the area originally! 10/10 would recommend using Maria for all of your realtor needs!

Maria is the best. She went above and beyond at all steps of the process as we purchased our first home. She was always available and happy to help us in our search, and on the rare time that she was not (her flight was cancelled) she set us up immediately with someone else who could show us a home. When we finally found the right house she was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to understand and build a competitive offer. After our offer was accepted she was able to put us in touch with other professionals we needed to inspect the home or make any repairs on it. It is a tough market, but she was always very confident and encouraging that we would find the right house. Because of her knowledge and help we now have a lovely first home. We are very grateful to her and cant recommend her highly enough. If you choose to work with her I am confident you will feel the same.

Maria was a stellar realtor for a home we recently purchased in Northern Kentucky. We were looking for a couple years prior to meeting Maria, but we were unsuccessful due to timing and inventory (like many others). We met at an open house where we were just browsing because we decided to take a break from searching. We were exhausted from chasing homes and scouring new listings to write exploding offers. We communicated to Maria that we wanted (and needed) a realtor that had deep connections in the communities we were targeting that could show homes before being listed (not just what is publicly available). In this housing climate, the network depth needed to find off market homes was (and still is) critical to stand out amongst the sea of other interested home buyers. After telling her what we wanted and how we wanted to search, she did exactly that she showed us homes that fulfilled our criteria that were off market through her connections, which was a unique benefit we couldnt get from Redfin or Zillow. We ended up buying a home within a few weeks of meeting her. Our multi-year saga is over and we are in a home we absolutely adore. In addition to her network, she has true attention to detail that will serve new and seasoned home buyers. She followed up on action items immediately, appropriately negotiated on our behalf, shared detailed comps, and gave insightful advice. Maria is a great professional as well as a trustworthy person. We would definitely use her again (although we dont want to move) and we more than highly recommend her.
