I started listening to Matt about a month ago. Its good to know from others what works and what doesnt. I am always trying his suggestions. He is very smart and puts things out for the regular guy to understand and implement. I listen to him at least 1x per day.

This is not what you might think. It's simply and advertising company that uses its platform to promote your restaurant. It's not that that is a bad thing but that it is not sold from the get go as that. It is a TV type program with cookie cutter TV personalities. They charge you, come make a video and begin promoting it. When I scheduled my meeting, I started by asking if this was a pay for advertising type. The answer was a fast no. He then led into the pitch with 3500 to show up for expenses... I stopped him and reminded him that he just said no, that it is not a pay to play. He followed up with, " we do not just except anyone who applies". So the difference is that they are selective who they advertise which is also fine.... then 30 seconds later 4 minutes in to the conversation he asked if I want to book for September, which means they do just except everyone. Which means they are a social media advertisers which is also fine, but sell you product for what it is. I then said that it seems like you do just let anyone in, he replied with " no I did my research before this call and I think it is a good fit". I said "ok tell me about me then" he couldn't tell me anything. I replied to that " this isn't a good fit" he said "I agree. It was a horrible sales pitch from the jump. A Rollercoaster of self inflicted double negative and backwards talking. I recommend that if you go with these guys just know it is a social media advertising company who you pay to make a fake TV show in order to share and market your place. Which as I said, is not a bad idea. I just think this is a bit of a shady way to get into people in boxes.
