        Clean. Good bed. The Excellent breakfast makes the cost of the room on par with cheaper hotels. But there are no surprises at the Hampton. Always a clean, well equipped room! Service was top notch too!(

        Sharing exceptional customer service provided by Tammy and the Team at the Hampton Inn in Florence KY. We had a great stay returning to the Detroit Area. Unfortunately, I left my phone charger in the room upon check out and Tammy and her Team mailed it back to me promptly. Greatly appreciated her going over and above the normal call of duty. Will stay here again.

        Hotel very old and humid, service was real bad, housekeeping came knocking thee door at 8:30AM them we left the room by 9:30AM and they never came back to clean or bring towels after we asked them while exiting the room to please get it clean, we returned in the afternoon to find everything as it was left in the morning. Breakfast is ok, I would not stay here for it. My advise is find something newer this place smells of humidity everywhere.
