        Bought a beautiful Ralph Lauren Coat but washed it, and the fur came out. So I took it back, and the manager Liz told me even though I had my receipt proving I bought it two months ago that I had to take the lowest price on the coat! I have never in my 55 years heard such a thing! Never will shop in that Macys again!!

        Went to get a new comforter & shams for our queen bed at Macy's on Black Friday. It was "Mark down-mark down. Ended up paying $2 for it. Couldn't be happier!
