been using them for 6 yrs call Valor oil on 12/19/22 before call Lykins found out Lykins was going to charge me a $189.00 more for a 150 gallons than Valor changed company that day.

Got a letter 3 weeks ago saying I needed a whistle. I called them up angry, since I was upset and it was the end of fall. The lady on the phone looked up my account and said I was good, that I already had a whistle. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I call to order oil because Im low. They cant get to me for a week, which I understand. I get home from work to a note saying they cant deliver because my pipes are PVC.
The letter said nothing about this being a requirement.
I switched companies immediately.
This is what happens when a good local company gets bought out by a larger company. The customer gets screwed while the owner retires in style.

Have done business with this company for years and now they will not deliver oil to my residence because my tank is in the basement and they will not allow me to place the hose in the tank that is less than 2 feet inside the window. unacceptable

I have been using this company for many years and they still amaze me. I ordered oil at 10 am today because I don't watch the oil level once again I had ran out of oil. When I called I was told they could deliver on Wednesday well today is Friday and it is going to be a cold weekend but I understood it is my fault for not calling sooner. When I explained that I was out of oil the girl said she would try to get it to me sooner but she couldn't promise anything. I got my oil at 3 o'clock today. All I can say is this is an amazing company

We have called multiple times to transfer the name of the account and to get our propane filled. We were first told by an older gentleman to call back for the female clerk to transfer the name and to request the fill on our tank, we did the next day. The same gentleman answered the phone and stated she once again was not in due to the snow, which I completely understand. He took our name and phone number for her to call us that same day. It has now been four days since that call and have heard nothing from the clerk. Today is Saturday and they are closed and we were promised to have our tank full by Thursday or Friday. We have yet to have that completed as well!! It is supposed to be bad and very cold for the winter storm hitting us on Monday. My husband goes out to check our tank and it only it only has a little left in it. How are we supposed to heat our house with our children? No after number listed on the website! Poor business!!

Lykins did come out and filled our tank today once I posted my rant. I greatly appreciate them taking the extra effort and making us warm! I hope in the future we can work together peacefully and continue our business with this company! Thank you to all who were involved!!
