Todd came out today and serviced our garage doors. My son and husband were extremely amazed by his customer service and knowledge he provided. Todd also explained the reason of the inoperable door and educated them on maintenance of the doors. Great communication skills thoroughly enjoyed his enthusiasm. His passion and top notch service should be commended. We appreciated him very much. Definitely will have you guys service our garage doors again.

What a positive difference our ProVia front door has made to our house. And its only been in for about a day!
The only frustration we had was the time from ordering (late October of '23) to installation (early February '24).
Paul (sales) was very helpful, understanding, and not anything close to pressuring (think used car salesman). He listened to what we were looking for and had some good input that helped us make our decision. Plus, we caught an 'up to 15% off' sale.
Chuck came out to measure and did a great job. He was very meticulous and took his time to ensure he captured every aspect of our existing door and frame.
On the day of install, Richard, Tom and Nevin worked like a well-practiced orchestra. Each knew not only what they were to do but also what each other was responsible for. I was very impressed by the multiple sweepings they did to keep our entrance as clean and safe as possible while they worked. Same for our front porch. Very much appreciated!
My wife and I are extremely happy with the look of the door, the people we met, and the overall process with AE Door & Window and will certainly call upon them if another door or related project comes up in the future!!

I selected AE for servicing our garage doors based upon price and that they had installed them for the previous owner. I was extremely pleased with the services technician Todd offered. He was very thorough, very efficient, and explained how to maintain the doors in between service calls. Great technician! Highly recommend!
