        Disappointing. This firm is very aggressive with bidding in the NKY area and charms City of Covington every year into doing their CDBG work. They worked on our street this week and started work earlier than the City letter said they would which caused a great deal of parking chaos for both us and our neighbors. Because of "their" schedule they called the police to have someone towed and barely knocked on their door. They did a terrible job with clean up of asphalt gravel on curbs, driveway aprons and crosswalks. Staff threw garbage in our yard -- tools, water bottles and even watermelon rinds. Their staffing lacks diversity... "all family" ?! Would seriously not hire them.
