Bean Countery

I run a Marketing Company based out of Houston. Emily and Her Team were referred to me by one of my mentors and we've together for almost a year now. Me being 18, and new into the accounting world. I am very clueless and lost as to how it all works. Her and her team are super helpful with clarifying things and how it works for me. Some of the thing that I loved the most is how quick and responsive she is to some of my silly questions, how they implement the "profit-first" account method, do my payroll for my team as well as give me reports of all my numbers in regards to cash. For me, finding a good CFO was hard and our company and team is so well integrated with her's that it makes everything smoother and off my plate.

Hired Emily in February. I was locked into a 6 month contract. June, July and August they did not do their job. August 16th was their last day working for us and did not give a refund for the last half of the month. I would not recommend.

All I can say is WOW. We started using Emily and her team at Bean Countery about 6 months ago and truth be told, I was a little skeptical. As a contractor, we have so many different marketers and sales people pitching us all of these different products so when I can across Emilys company I was afraid it was just another business that popped up on social media but boy was I wrong. We hit the ground running and Emily and her team literally handle every bit of our company financials and I am kept in the loop weekly with calls and updates and an extremely extensive monthly report with every bit of company analytics I need. We have drastically improved our bottom line and are beginning to better track out leads and closing ratios. If you are in the fence about hiring Bean Countery, then get off the fence and hire them. It will be the best money you have ever spent on your business. I guarantee it.
