I would recommend going to ANY other CPA in the tristate area over Theresa Conder. I bought a house in 2021 and gave all the necessary information to Theresa and she still filed my taxes with the wrong address. When I asked her to help fix the issue she created, she told me she would fax the corrected address to the IRS and hope that it would be processed. 6 months later and nothing! I had to call the IRS a dozen times and resolve the issue myself. Theresa is simply a negligent CPA and I regret ever trusting her.

I would recommend everyone use Conder & Associates! Teresa Conder isnt only a brilliant accountant she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care. She is professional, thorough and there isnt a tax question she cant answer. She takes time to speak with every client that comes into the office and she tells everyone to review everything when the pick up their taxes. She is an extraordinary person and I wouldnt think of going to anyone else! Five star service!!!
